Management Team

David Vakhtangishvili, CEO

David, an HBS Alumni, has 25 years of senior executive experience. First 10 years he was Head of Audit & Advisory Practice of Arthur Andersen and then EY, in Georgia. In 2007 David joined Bank of Georgia as a CFO and served 9 years in this position. Following 6 years David spent as a Deputy CEO of Georgia Healthcare Group, in charge of Finance, IT and Risks. In September 2021 he founded Andromeda Health Corp and has been leading this start-up from its inception. Over his career, David has done 3 IPOs and 3 Eurobonds on LSE, 50+ M&As, 80+ ERP implementations and had a lead role in raising $2.8+ billion of public and private direct investments. David's recent invention is EBRD's global gold medal winner, as the best innovation in health-tech.

Peter Breen, Co-Founder & CEO of CHAT

Chicago University MBA, Peter Breen is a serial healthcare entrepreneur who has transformed legacy and emerging organizations through vision, innovation, and thoughtful execution. He is motivational and passionate team leader who energizes others to accomplish exceptional goals. Breen has 30+ years working with consumers, medical professionals, investors, legal and regulatory agencies, health plans, health systems executives. He has a very broad understanding of the provider/payer healthcare industry landscape - all its players, challenges, shortcomings, etc. - as well as an understanding of the influences and opportunities which are occurring in the today’s marketplace.

George Vakhtangishvili, COO

George, a Free University | ESM Business School Alumni, has 15 years of senior executive experience. In 2007 he joined Bank of Georgia Group and served 4 years in the positions of CFO and CRO of Ukraine and Belorussia operations. Next 4 years George spent as a CFO and then CEO of the development company "m2 Real Estate". In 2015 he joined Georgia Global Utilities operating in water supply and renewable energy business as a CFO and was promoted to CEO. In 2022 he joined David, his brother, at Andromeda Health Corp becoming a the company's COO. Giorgi has done 1 IPO and 2 Eurobonds on LSE, 20+ direct funding projects, 20+ M&As, 10+ ERP implementations and had a lead role in raising $1.5+ billion of private direct investments.

Bruno Martorano, Executive Director EMEA

Bruno is a seasoned executive with a successful track record built over 35 years of International Banking, Fintech industry disruptors and Finance experience. His career includes leadership positions in Fintech, NeoBanks, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) and cross-border contract negotiations. Bruno’s clients included major international corporations, very wealthy families and governmental institutions. The culmination of his traditional banking career was the CEO position at one of the largest Abu Dhabi banks based in London. Most recently, as CEO, Bruno developed one of the newest and leading Fintech companies based in London and launched in Europe. His multi-cultural and multi-lingual background proved itself well in his varied international postings in New York, Paris, Hong Kong, Dubai and London, where he has managed large teams of professionals on a global basis.

Gregory Khurtsidze, Clinical CEO

Gregory is a very experienced MD in internal medicine and cardiology, licensed in the states of Washington and Oregon, with over 30 years in practical medicine and healthcare management. After graduating from Tbilisi State Medical University and passing USMLE exams, Gregory completed internship and internal medicine residency program at Huron Hospital of Clevelend Clinic. Since 2009 he has been practicing at Kaser Permanente hospital in Longview, WA. He has been an advanced user of EPIC and champion of its implementation at KP. Gregory has also worked 6 years as Chief Clinical Officer of Georgia Healthcare Group and Head of its Residency Program. Gregory is a Board Member of Georgian-American Health Association and is an Associate Member of American College of Physicians and Washington State Medical Association.

Anri Kapanadze, VP Business Development

Anri, an Oxford Brooks University Alumni, has 15 years of senior executive experience. From 2008 to 2011 Anri was a project manager at a large gold mining company. In 2011 Anri joined KIA motors corporation as CEO of Georgia and stayed through 2013. In 2014 he was appointed Deputy CEO of the United Water Utility Company and served in this position for 2 years. In 2016 he was positioned in EVEX Medical Corporation as a Commercial Director and served here until 2023. In 2022 Anri joined Andromeda becoming a VP of business development and played important role, bringing first seed investors to the company. During his career Anri served as the board member of International Hospital Federation (IHF).
